Government, Corruption and Us

The present Government of India is hit by scams after scam.

Is Government doing enough? We first also need to ask are we THE PEOPLE doing enough. Are we justifying ourselves for our next generation?

Yes, the Government says that this it is the most transparent of all. It has disowned by making the corrupt minister resign across Central level and in States. But is it enough or is it just the mark of symbolism? Is it because that Media and Judiciary is very active today?

One can say that No, the Government is not doing enough. You see rampant misuse of power and injustice.

Even though one can satisfy by knowing that the present Prime Minister Dr. M Singh is above any suspicion and he is delivering good Governance but there still remain a question. Is it fair not to take any action? If a child does not do a good thing and the father does not scold, reprimand or turn a blind eye; he is equally guilty of not giving the correct education to his child.

Yes, this Government is more responsive towards Good Governance and is encouraging young people in Governance understanding the fact that average Indian youths wants a clean honest society and remain ashamed of his environment, being corrupt. After all people are awakening with the burst of Information age.

Please let us understand once and for all. Our constitution is by the people, of the people and for the people.

So it’s us who make them, tolerate them, use them, create them and also is responsible for them. Let us be HONEST first in our mind, thoughts, decision, actions, dreams and reality and then let us expect THE POLITICIAN or Political class to be so.

I was sharing this thought with my Trainees and thought should share with you too.

But there is one thing, which is Impossible even for God!
i.e. THINKING FOR YOU!

No one can THINK for you. I asked, does your Parents think about You?

Yes Sir! Lots of Positive Nods!

Well can or does your parent think when will you eat, drink, sleep, call a friend , meet your gal friend, take a smoke, face an interview, shake hand with a client, make decisions for your career.

Well slowly the heads started shaking No!

Your parents also cannot THINK for you.

This is the only thing that even God also does not do for us. That’s why we have been given a head above our shoulder to THINK for ourselves.

If we could use our head a more. Not depending on our boss to write our resume, not thinking of our parental heritage to work for us. Not keeping our fingers crossed for things to happen in our life.

We need to take responsibility of our life. We have to Think for our life. No one else shall think of you or for you.

Remember the old IBM Slogan. THINK.

And they launched ThinkPad.

As you are aware there is always stress around us and among the stressors its the ill health of near n dear ones which provides the most stress among humans.It gives me pain to know of lose of any friends and acquaintance. I know it does the same for you all.Lets understand the same old saying- Health is Wealth.In this madening Stressful life with pressure of Acheivement, lets not for get health. Its your only Industry. Lets do something to maintain it. Preventive maintenance is better than corrective maintenance!!
